Bilgewater is so much my jam :) seedy, full of ship parts and wooden boards, colorful, dangerous. I rushed head-first into visualizing the crazy city the way it looked and smelled in my head. Huge shout-out to foundations team at Riot games from back-in-the-days, especially to Virginia Critchfield who really helped us infuse authenticity into the designs.
