Where you'd find the mana core. I sold the idea with a quick pencil sketch and photoshop doodle-over, then made the in-game prop myself, which is why the sketch is so dirty :)

mana rifts ideation. We were looking for a way to built a dungeon quickly, as well as a zone that looks otherworldly and significantly different from the others.
